I'VE BEEN RESEARCHING DIFFERENT DIET PLANS-AND FOR THE MOST PART THE ONLY THING THEY ALL HAVE IN COMMON IS DON'T EAT 3 HOURS BE FORE BED. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM UTTERLY CONFUSED AND I'M A BREAD FREAK-I NEARLY LOST MY MIND WITHOUT IT FOR 3 DAYS-I KNOW I NEED TO SHED 1000 CALS OFF MY DIET TO REACH MY GOAL-SO I DECIDED TO CREATE MY OWN PLAN FOR ME BY TAKING PARTS OF DIFFERENT DIETS TO CREATE MY OWN PLAN FOR. I JUST WANT SOMETHING THAT EXCITES ME-DIET AND EXCERSISE-THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE TRIED A DIET AND I REALLY NEED TO GET ON THE RIGHT TRACK AND STAY THERE-I'M JUST REALLY TIRED OF FALLING OFF. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!
