Losing lose last few lbs???

Hey
ok last yr i was 10.6..the biggest ii have ever been..im only 5ft and i became a gym addict and low carb addict and lost weight down to 9stone...hard work and determination but i did it..then i went up to 9.7 this yr due to stress and moving and not joing a gym etc so i then decided to go on a low carb diet and try to fit in exercise couple days a wk and quit the booze..which is great and now im 9.1..but what i find is for some reason i cant get below 9 stone...why is this????
i want to aim to be 8.6-8.7 but for some reason my weight flactuates between 9-9.4..but i cant get below that 9stone mark..any advice would be fab as i wanna look great for the holiday at the end of the month :)

In regards to calories i prob eat 1000 a day
in regards to drink..i drink just mineral water and maybe a green tea
if i snack which i very rarely do it will be 3-4 unslated brazils..
 
where are the helpful people???

I thought this would be a great place to go to get help and advice from other people but no one bothers replying to my questions...

Im really in to diet and exercise etc and was really excited about joining this site hoping to meet like minded people and offer advice as well as recieve some...shame!!:rant:
 
Well Actually I am very happy that you are addicted person of hard working and at the same time you really like to do gymming. Basically you have great body but I just want to tell you one thing is do not compromise with your daily nutritions.
 
Post a log of your food for a few days with quantity and I can probably show you the problem
If you say you are not recording what you eat it's very likely the case that you are eating more than you think..which happens to all of us at some point..and at your weight and height even a slight miscalculation can ruin any significant deficit.
