WHat would be best workout or whatever for getting what you call a "flat stomach". I am not really too concerned with getting a 6 pack or any of that, just what would be best workouts for obtaining a flatter stomach? and not a "fat" one.

Pilates is apparently good for flat stomachs.

Also I would recommend sit ups.
 
Flat stomachs come from loss of fat, period. There's no need to do more than 3 sets of crunches twice a week for your abs. All the rest comes from lowering your body fat percentage. "Spot reducing" is nothing but a myth.
