Sport Losing fat/weight by dieting.. and no cardio?

Sport Fitness
I'm in the process of cutting, and for the past couple weeks I've been very lazy with my HIIT. In fact, I haven't stepped on my treadmill for almost 2 weeks exactly.

My question is, can I still lose fat/weight with simply eating healthy and hardly no cardio? This question is mostly for informational purposes only, as I know it is my duty to get back on the treadmill. (It's just I can't push myself to do the treadmill after I wake up, too tired :( ).

Thanks guys.
Dan

The only way to answer that question is to try but believe me, you will see much more progress with cardio.

I read some intersting stuff about weight loss and excersize... basically excersize has little or now affect on weight loss ... you will loose weight via caloric deficiency...

I'll skip all the details and get to the point worth hearing... I need to find the article... it was really good and backed with a tun of refernces to real scientific studies... ok now I will really skip to the conclusion...

Those who excercise when loosing weight lost more fat that is between the skin and muscle layer... those who didn't excercise lost more fat from that which is internal and surrounds organs.
