I'm in the process of cutting, and for the past couple weeks I've been very lazy with my HIIT. In fact, I haven't stepped on my treadmill for almost 2 weeks exactly.
My question is, can I still lose fat/weight with simply eating healthy and hardly no cardio? This question is mostly for informational purposes only, as I know it is my duty to get back on the treadmill. (It's just I can't push myself to do the treadmill after I wake up, too tired ).
