Weight-Loss Lose what you gained challange!

Hey guys,

As I also posted on my other thread, I have gained 8 pounds in the last 2 months, ever since I came back home. I have been trying to lose it, all lame and unrealistic....and well...i couldn't. I am taking this challenge to lost it by the end of April. My plan is to eat 1300 calories/ day ( daily requirement for my age and level of activity- 1900 cal/day) and spend 500 cal/ day at the gym ( if I can trust what the machines say). This should create a deficit of 1100 cal/ day and should get me down by 7000 cal/ week and so 8 pounds a month...phew!!...it may not simple maths as I have it here, but don't know how else to progress. Anybody else wants to join me in losing what they have gained, in a month?
