Lose Weight, Gain Muscle

Hi everyone, I am a new member. I am 15 years old (16 on July 1st). I am a male, 5'-5" and my weight fluctuates anywhere from 140-145lbs. I wouldn't say I'm fat, but I'm sort of chubby. I feel like I look like I have a sort of muscular build but honestly I really don't know. Well, the problem is that I get really embarrassed about my body. My friends have invited me to the pool a lot this summer and I have came up with fake excuses because I do not feel comfortable. I'm starting to work out a lot. Currently I'm on a 7 day fruit cleansing diet. I'm on day 1 haha. All I'm eating is fruit, water, and my Wheybolic Extreme 60 because it's unhealthy not to have protein. I want to know the quickest way I can lose enough weight to look pretty good and gain a good amount of muscle. I'll try to put up a picture of myself on this thread so you all can tell me what I should do. Thanks!
