just not eating at night is a good way to start intermittent fasting. any time you can empty your system of caloric intake for over 12-14 hours helps your body a lot. i started with an 8/16 intermittent fast, but i soon shortened that to 6 and currently i keep it between 4-5 hours daily. as you may have read in my diary, i did make the change of severely cutting sugar (down to < 6-8 gm/day) and it does help to keep the carbs at a minimum. some days i keep them close to zero. if you do exercise, do it in the morning before your eating window. again, good luck.Have tried to do intermittent fasting fro 12noon to 8 but i tend to eat more
Thanks CateIt's just another scam, Zuerey. Most of the spam in this forum is to do with red tea "detoxes". There is no easy fix or magic involved with weight-loss, & there is no shortage of people trying to sell you something.
