Lose weight challenge

Today i woke up with my 2019 resolution and before my baby turns 1 i need to shed all the weighted i got while i was pregnant
LBW: 118..kgs
TBW: 117.8kg
Am so happy that was able to lose 200 grams in a day thanks to the 1mile work with big brother youtube
 
this is a totally psychological suggestion, but you ought to consider losing 44lbs v. 20kg.

ok, i know this sounds like it's the same thing, but i just lost a bunch of weight by intermittent fasting and i have to say that the ~2½ lbs i lost/ week to me sounds a lot better than a mere ONE kg.

Have tried to do intermittent fasting fro 12noon to 8 but i tend to eat more
just not eating at night is a good way to start intermittent fasting. any time you can empty your system of caloric intake for over 12-14 hours helps your body a lot. i started with an 8/16 intermittent fast, but i soon shortened that to 6 and currently i keep it between 4-5 hours daily. as you may have read in my diary, i did make the change of severely cutting sugar (down to < 6-8 gm/day) and it does help to keep the carbs at a minimum. some days i keep them close to zero. if you do exercise, do it in the morning before your eating window. again, good luck.

hunger hits everyone differently, but it isn't something that cannot be changed. if impulses were easy to control, nobody would have a weight problem. it does get easier, though.
 
Thanks Gabriel i will try searching for the red tea even though i have never hard of it but since its from africa and am close to S. Africa will search for it
 
It's just another scam, Zuerey. Most of the spam in this forum is to do with red tea "detoxes". There is no easy fix or magic involved with weight-loss, & there is no shortage of people trying to sell you something.
 
Wao so far so good have been having a problem connecting to this website but i didnt give up i kept on trying until today. Am still fighting to be 99 by may 29 thats my daughters first birthday.

I know its sounds ridiculous with the slow pace and people might wonder how i will manage to shed the excess weight but since am breastfeeding i dont want to contaminate my baby's milk with toxic so will take one step at a time
 
Losing slowly is best anyway Zuerey, not only for your baby but also for yourself. If you lose slowly you are a much better chance of keeping the weight off. The website has been having problems but it should be ok now.
 
Wao am.so happy with myself today i weighed and this really motivates me am bow 115.20kg. I promised to be weighing myself once a week so that i dont get demoralises on the way
