Weight-Loss Lose weight by eating 4 times a week?

Would it be a good way to only eat 4 times a week?


Just healthy things, together with a lot of water and tea.

I'd like to try this for 1 month, but I got a feeling this is not really good for my body,


Hoping on some advice.
 
VERY bad for you IMO. Your body needs food for energy!
 
I would have to agree, I don't think limiting yourself to 4 meals a week will do any good for you. You might lose weight that's for sure...but it doesn't sound healthy at all.


Why don't you try changing what you eat instead of limiting how often you eat? There's a difference between eating 3 big mac meals/day versus eating 3 salads/day. Just eat a well balanced diet and get your daily dose of exercise.


Please please please do not limit yourself to 4 meals a week. You will start feeling dizzy and weak from lack of energy. It's bad for you period. I'm so serious right now. If you have questions about dieting there are many wonderful people on this forum that will gladly answer any of your questions.



The human body burns on average ~2000 calories/day. This is not from exercise this is just daily routine. Of course the exact number varies from person to person but the point is, you need to be at least consuming the number of calories your body needs to FUNCTION. Losing weight is awesome and healthy. Starving yourself is not!



The best way to lose weight is by diet and exercise. If you don't usually work out daily, you can start by walking/jogging an hour a day. I will gladly help you get started on a simple workout routine to help you lose weight. But above all else, you must first eat enough food so that your body can function properly.
