lose weight, build muscle

my goal is to lose weight and at the same time build muscle (especially the abs)

so should i do high-intensity heart rate jogging (80%-90%)
or should i do low-intensity heart rate jogging (60%-70%)

Which one maintains my muscles and at the same time lose weight.
 
both :) ... HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) ... i posted some details yesterday in someone's thread ... i'm a bit in a hurry, so just do a search for HIIT
