Im 20 years old, for the past 4 years...no matter what my weight is ive always had a butt and a belly. Though i never really worked out until recently, ive always had somewhat of an ass, and always fat on my lower belly.
HEres the thing, I dont have much time before I go back to school and food is limited again, so i want to lose as much fat on me as I can before I go back.
I am currently 190 lbs and hope to be as low as possible by the end (burning fat...not just the weight)
I dont eat very often for I work a lot, and I work in a restaurant so food is open for me to always have if needed. So i would like to know some good things for me to eat during the day and any good exercises people have.
I want to finally lose this belly of mine and be back down to a solid skinny weight.
I have been from 130lbs to 210 and back now to 190. Id like to average it out before the winter months and impress the girlfriend (a solid 100 lbs she is) and stop being overweight and a little pudgy. Any advice will help.
Currently im eating pretty well, I cut out all the soda and junk...to the best of my ability. and just want to know some good choices I can eat for now besides the typical veges, lean meats,
Also, since I work so much, I dont have the energy/time to do hard lifting like I do at school, so Im sticking to bicycle riding and occasional running...is there anything else or a plan of excercise that people find the best?
