I am currently using the Lose It! Program on my iPhone. It tracks daily/weeky calories and nutrients like fat grams per day.
The program is set for my age (32), height (5'2") and weight (149). It gave me a "budget" of 921 calories a day which I have not exceeded in the last 5 weeks. I am also staying under 20g of fat a day.
The first three weeks, I lost three pounds a week! Now, the last two weeks, I have lost nothing and gained nothing. I have done some research online where I read about "starvation mode". If I keep this up, the weight has to come off right?
I would like to lose 20-25 pounds. I tried to contact a nutritionist or personal trainer to answer these questions, but am coming up empty. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you!
