Lent begins today and I have alot of goals. I'm trying not to eat meat or eat fast food.

My starting weight is 159.2 lbs.
My GW for this challenge is 149.2 lbs.
 
Trying to give up cookies. But that's all I can think about.

Current: 144lb
Goal 135lb

I'm just starting back on the path to weight loss - after a huge gain.

Hello Omega,

After gaining 6 lbs I am happy to report that I'm back down to 156.8 lbs today.
 
That's brilliant! If you gained 6 pounds but are now nearly 3 pounds down - that is still 9 pounds down from where you might have been if you hadn't managed to be really good quite a lot of the time...

3 pounds is quite a lot if you think of it in butter.:party:
 
Well I'm ending the month at 156.4 lbs. SW: 159.2. So 2.8 lbs lost. Not as much as I wanted but still a loss! Starting tomorrow fresh and motivated!

I have not made any progress. But trying to eat better. Just eating to much to often. Stress always gets me. I'm trying more this month.
