i understand that you have to loose weight everywhere in order to tone your arms, but with doing arm excersices about 3 times a week, how soon should i be able to see results, and what else should i do as far as cardio?

tryin2bafitmoma said:umm no im not talking like immediately after, im saying like i started running and about a month and a half after i am starting to like totally realize that i am getting huge calves, like ones i cant even wear heels with, coz u can see my muscles so much, and since i dance, and i already have bigger calves, it just sucked...it also happend to another dancer of mine, but hers were like way bigger than mine, i mean to the point that i had guys asking me why she was looking like she had man legs.
