Loose Weight, Get Ripped, Help

i have fairly large shoulders and arms for my size but theirs definitely a layer of fat hiding any definition. Id like to burn this off and get some definition and tone up especially around the abs. Pretty new to dieting and exercise any help would be appreciated.

How's your diet?

Eat small portions, several times a day instead of less-frequent, larger ones. Get your daily intake of 7-8 veggie/fruit servings a day. If you can't eat that many, get some V8 to help with meeting the requirements.

Do low-intensity cardio exercises...they don't contribute to weight loss as much as high-intensity ones, but they burn fat. "Especially around the abs" - unfortunately, there is no spot reduction for fat in this universe, fat is lost evenly everywhere with a few exception for the genders (gynoid/android)

Doing some crunches will not help you lose the weight around your abs, but it will increase your muscle there, which might cause it to start showing sooner (if you don't have abs right now).
