Loose weight, feel great! Use sups?

I am working to loose 20 lbs. through weight training, diet and running. That's all good, but I would like to loose the tire a bit faster and then continue my workouts to maintain.

What can you recomend to help burn the fat especially around the trunk? And if it was low-cost that would be great too. Thanks.
 
basically, you need to burn more calories than you take in. 5-6 meals a day roughly every 3 hours to keep the metabolism stimulated.

hard work in the gym with compound movement. needed to maintain strenght and lean muscle mass.

i perfer HIIT myself. gets it down in 10 to 15 minutes and feel the effects the whole day. :)
 
i've been doing it for a few years now. more fun than sitting on the bike for 1/2 an hour.
