So I am F 24 yrs old and 5'3. I currently weigh 120lbs. I want to go to 105-108lbs (my previous weight before I got both injured and sick). If I lose 2-3 lbs a week, would I have an issue with loose skin? Has anyone had weight loss of 2-3 lbs a week and had that issue or no issue or something? I have stretch marks (so annoyingly sad) and am going to go see a dermatologist to see what they say on how bad those are. I hope to do cardio and weight train as well as flexiblity and yoga or pilates. I am probably going to zig zag my calorie intake from 1000-1600 throughout the week. I already eat healthy. I just am getting back into my exercise regime. Just trying to see what to prepare myself for. Also, I plan on using 5-10 lb dumbbells. I want to have definition without that too big look...I know women cannot get bulky..blah blah but I still see girls who have slightly manly arms, legs and all that. I wonder if that's because they are lifting over 50 lbs or genetics or what. I want a more feminine yet shapely body. Any thoughts?
