ok...im 17 yrs old....im 5'7...about 144 lbs. i weight lift and all and i have lost weight but in the wrong places....as to say i still have a gut and all. and everyone keeps telling me that im gettin too skinny....but i eat like a pig. what i want to knaw is how can i gain weight but also loose weight at the same time? i lift and all but it doesnt seem to be makin me and bigger. so any sggestions or tips would be appreciated.
