Right now I'm 6'-0" and weigh 254. I started working out last thursday, 7/13/06 and I weighed 267 so I think so far i'm doing really good excercise wise. Now I want to get on a steady diet and have no clue where to start. as of now this is what how my eating day goes.
5am- go work out for 1-1.5 hours.
7am-eat cereal or a shake consisting of bananas, nuts, strawberrys and 2% milk.
7am-4pm-drink about 1.5-2 gallons of water at work with no food.
4:30pm- eat dinner. mostly meat and some pasta.(just depends on what my mom makes)
I want to get on a plan that will help me loose weight effectively and won't starve me but will get me my neccesary needs to keep working out and loosing weight. I'm willing to eat anything short of fish. it's gross to me let me know if you guys can help me.
p.s. i'm working out once a day or every other day. depends on if i'm tired or not.
