Looking to lose about 10 pounds.

Hi guys!
If you've read my Newbie post I'm about 130, but at one point I was almost at 120. I don't like exercise and it often makes me sore. Any advice aside from calories and carbs?
 
go for a 30-45 minute walk each day (that's not too much, right?) and try to cut 500 cals a day. Cna't guarantee that will be enough since you're not large, but it's a start.

The reason it makes you sore is because you're not used to it. :) If you start exercising, your muscles will get used to it and you won't be sore ... and you'll lose FAT faster by working your muscles. If you just lose weight by diet, it'll take longer and you'll lose more lean muscle as well as fat.
