Looking to get in shape and feel better.

Hi thanks for taking time and looking into this.

I'm a 15 year old male at 5ft 7ish, I right now around 165lbs to about 170lbs.
I'm looking for a workout to gain the nice toned figure.( abs biceps quads ect.) and possibly help with eating healthier.
Obesity is a problem in my family, My dad is currently around 300-400lbs after the Gastric by-pass surgery or its named something like that.
Also what is hard for me is that I dislike vegetables, seafood, and the taste of the protein powder shakes.

Lately I have been feeling as if I'm drained of energy and can't do much. I'm pretty hopeless when it comes to these kind of things.

Equipment.
Treadmill, Barbells(5lbs) , Bench-press bar (20lbs 10lbs and i think 5lbs.)

P.S. The reason why I'm really reaching out for help is so that I don't end up like my dad and hopefully can help him also.
 
Have you seen things on P90X or Insanity? They're great programs to help get more toned or they would also be great to help your dad lose weight!
Also, have you ever heard of Shakeology. It's similar to a protein shake but it has a lot of nutritional extras and serves as an alternative to one of your meals. Some people like the way it tastes and some think it's really gross, so it's debatable whether you'd like it or not. But it's great for an extra energy boost and helps with weight loss (so might be something else to help with your dad too?) Just a few suggestions for things that have really helped my family.
