Sport Looking for suggestions

Sport Fitness
Hey everyone, I'm new to the site and am looking for diet suggestions. I'm a 20yr old college student with a college student diet. Too much fast food, no breakfast, one or two meals a day etc. I'm in decent shape, 6'4'' 200lbs, and am a pretty active person with sports and regular exercise. I'm obviously looking to eat healthier and cut down on some of this flab i've got. I get that i need to eat breakfast, 5-6 small meals per day and all that. I'm wondering if anyone has specific suggestions for a diet for someone like me. How much should i be eating per day and what type of foods specifically. Any help is really appreciated. thanks

Check the nutrition stickies. There is a listing of a lot of good foods from LV's grocery list and some other excellent information.

The good news is that since your diet is so bad, anything will be an improvement :). That being said, Avraham is right. Check out the nutrition stickies and do some reading to get an idea of what's going on. Then come back with questions. Additionally, you could look into buying something like the Abs Diet book. You don't really have to follow the diet if you don't want, but it's an easy way to learn the basics of nutrition.
