Hi! My names josh, 21 years old 6'2, and currently 370lbs. I want to give a small backstory (skip to the last sentence if you don't want the backstory haha) before coming to where I am today, about a year ago I was in the same boat I am today, fat, unmotivated enough to workout, but at the same time wanting to lose weight.
Around July I said that's enough and decided to hit the gym near my house, so I did, everyday for a week I went and tried my hardest, but sadly my confidence at the time was extremely low and one day while working out, catching a glimpse of some teens laughing while I did my workouts really turned me off from the gym and I havent gone since.
Fast forward 1 year, I'm working at a factory moving boxes, and a coworker comes up to me and says "you know at your age if you went to the gym your body while change a lot in a small amount of time" and this man giving a shit about me really motivated me so I went, needless to say we went mon-friday for 2 weeks and I lost 13lbs and I'm extremely happy, recently he started working a job in the afternoon which is fine but doesn't have a lot of time to go with me to the gym, so coming to my main question here, I need help deciding what to do at the gym now that I'm alone? I have the motivation and the confidence to go but not too sure about the workouts I should be doing at my size, and if you have any idea for a meal plan that you may have done/a friend has done please let me know!
