Looking for some advice on losing the last few kilograms and achieving a flat stomach.

Hey I'm a seventeen year old male, 5ft6 feet tall and weigh somewhere between 72kg and 74kg. According to my scales my body fat is approx. 25%.

I was originally 85kg before I lost 11kg-13kg since January 2017 through burning 600cals a day through exercise and I believe a further 500cals through dieting. However, chocolate has always been my weakness (and continues to be), but despite this I was still able to lose the weight after four months.

I'm now trying to reach 69kg so I'm a healthy weight for my height. My exercise has dropped a bit to the point I exercise at least only 4 days a week, but for the most part, my eating habits continue to be the same.

With only 5kg to go, and the process consequently slowing down (as expected, though) I'm looking for some advice on maybe speeding the process up a bit if possible? Also if losing the weight is what will turn the attached image of my stomach to being a flat one or whether I need to be doing something else to achieve that?

You cannot spot reduce fat, the only way to lose fat from places you want to lose it from is to lose fat all over. Your scale using a tech called bioelectrical impedance, it is not a very accurate way to asses body fat, in fact there is not precise constant way to measure it exactly. Just keeping focusing your calories

Although you say that you exercise - you do not mention whether this is cardio or strength based exercise. Also whether a fitness professional (at a gym for instance) has suggested exercises for you.

Also - if hovering above goal - it may be worth doing a nutritional analysis of what you are eating now... When I did my big project I hung around above my goal weight for ages before I realised that I had started making a lot of home made soup for lunches using a stock cube which was low in calorie but very high in sodium. I cut out the low calorie soup and drank plenty of water and my weight floated down to my goal weight...
