Hey whats up guys. I was looking for some advice on a workout plan that would work for me and ideas on a diet as my diet up to this point as been on existent and sporatic

Im 22 about 6'2 weigh around 195-200 lbs, I used to be around 180 and toned about 3 years ago but college kinda ruined it for me

Im trying to cut down on overall body fat but my chest and stomach are getting pretty gross now and I really wanna cut down and get back to atleast what i was at before. I try to stay away from meat so if you have an vegetarian ur supplement suggestions on the diet feel free to chime in. I also own a treadmill and one of those 3 in one weight bench things so I have that at my disposal.

Any help is appreciated thx

I think it'd be better if you laid out a preliminary workout and diet plan yourself and see if anyone has ideas to tweak it.

*Edit: Ooops, I'm not a professional. Hope its ok...

I usual do weights for about 30 mins then jog/run a mile everyday, but im feeling like I need to do a bit more

I've never dieted before really so I have no idea on that part

Gotta ba a little more in depth than 'do weights for a bout 30 min'. What specifically do you do- reps and sets etc. jogging/running a mile a day may or may not be enough depending on your diet/ caloric deficit.

'Toning' is a product of fat loss.

What does your diet look like? Do you know what your caloric intake is?

See I dont even have a set diet yet or know a good one to try, im kinda just starting out here and I've never counted calories before in my life

Ohh another important question I had, when I go out with friends whats the best alcoholic thing to drink?

Read the stickied threads in the nutrition section then and they will give you a better idea as to where you need to start.

Keep in mind that this does not need to be a 'set diet' or anything ridgid like that.
