Sport Looking for resources on mixed martial arts!

Hi everybody, a few days back I was enquired by my cousin on mixed martial arts. I had not seem much of the fights till that date but recently I have seen some good fights on this and would like to know more on this fights. My cousin had asked me about the precautions that these people take in terms of their body and the diet they keep up. I was not sure till then, but now would like to know more on mixed martial arts. Can anyone suggest me some resources on this.

Any help will be appreciated.

Yer same. Im unsure what he is asking here....I think he may be asking for Tips/ Resources on Mixed Martial Arts.

Mixed Martial Arts or MMA is also known as no holds barred or cage fighting. Nutrition can mean the difference between winning and losing. It is of high importance to a MMA fighter to keep himself updated on the health front and be in the best shape that can help him too perform at his best. Carbohydrates are necessary sources of energy that must be replenished regularly while training. Processed foods like white bread should be avoided at all cost as in that they have very little nutritional value.
