Hi everybody, a few days back I was enquired by my cousin on mixed martial arts. I had not seem much of the fights till that date but recently I have seen some good fights on this and would like to know more on this fights. My cousin had asked me about the precautions that these people take in terms of their body and the diet they keep up. I was not sure till then, but now would like to know more on mixed martial arts. Can anyone suggest me some resources on this.
