Here we go! I've recently started watching E!'s 101 greatest slimdowns and I think I'm finally finding my motivation. Ever since my first pregnancy (90 extra pounds) I've been unable to break the 210 platform. I was stuck at 230 for about 2 1/2 years, lost 20 lbs on the Mayo Clinic egg/grapefruit diet and have kept it off for almost a year. About the last two months though, I've been getting increasingly depressed and stressed and lost all motivation and concern about myself, so I have put 14 back on. I figured as hard as it is to lose weight already, and as depressing as those platforms can get, I figured my best shot at success would be joining in with y'all.
