Hi,
I am a slightly overweight Party Lover trying to get into shape for the Party Season. Rumour has it that there's a diet called HiPaCC (HiPaC?) which does not require too much exercise which shed fat more quickly by alternating between low carb weekends and high carb week days.
Can anyone shed any light on this diet and where I can get hold of a copy. Need to gain without pain!
