looking for info on a product?

i just started talking "Tight" dietary supplements. I have a friend that works at a store and he said this was good to use. it is ephedrine or ephedra free. Please give me some feed back if you know anything? THANKS
 
Is this a "fat burning" supplement? If so I'd recommend getting lean the old fashioned way: Lifting heavy, doing cardio and eating at a deficit
 
I walk, use a exercise bike, and do abs. I also just started a diet. I have back issues so I am a little limited to things. I just looking to lose a few lbs and tone my abs!
 
Remeber probably 80% of getting visible abs is about eating the appropriate amount of calories and shedding the overlying fat. It isn't about doing thousands of crunches
 
Yes! I eat good! And am trying to shed the lbs to get the nice abs, I just started a plan that my friend does. I took my measurements and weight and gonna make a log of everything. Im gonna take pics tonight for the before during and after. I dont thing im huge by all means just need to get it toned!

Do not buy into the "marketing hype" of fat burners, when the ultimate and greatest fat burner of "ALL TIME" is within your own skin:

Just bought a exercise bike, ab lounge sport, hand weights, and every workout DVD and set up you can imagine. LOL
