Looking for help!

Hello this is my first time posting, and kind of scared to getting critiqued but I need help!

First off let me tell you my routine as of now for losing weight. My BMR is 1920. I work out 4 days a week. Lifting for 45 mins, cardio for 45 mins, then 10-15 mins in the sauna. I usually eat anywhere from 1500 calories or less. Also I pay attention to my sodium/sugar/sat fat intakes more than calories. I tend to treat myself once a week with pizza :p.
In June I weighed 210, and now I weigh about 175. I don't have much tummy fat left and like the way I look so I'm pretty happy where I'm at, but I don't like my hip fat (love handles)! How much more weight must I lose! I'm looking to see if maybe I should try diet pills to help, or a smaller calorie intake. Any advice will help!

Yeah, I don't know about the diet pills. It wont help you lose off of a specific region like "love handles"... It will make you lose additional weight, but it's an odd choice for someone paying attention to sodium intake, etc. to suddenly take cardio-accellerators. I would just stay the course. Unless you live in the southern hemisphere, it's getting cold now anyway, and beach days are over in the N. Hemisphere for now. It will take a few months @ 175 to get your body tightened up. when I first lost 20 pounds, I looked miserable in the mirror, and hated it...after 2 months, and only a few more pounds lost, it looked much better... just need to tighten up a little. Keep doing what you are doing, good luck! You're doing awesome so far!

For sure keep what your are doing and use more iso-tension. The faft loss in trouble area just takes effort, consistency and time, so keep it up, but you can incorporate iso-tension regularly even daily which is simply flexing your trouble area for as hard as you can for 15 secs rest and repeat until the area is exhausted. it is how bodybuilders get that striated look.

Side plank lifts and standing and twisting your torso to the right and left will work that area but unfortunately you can't lose fat from just one section. Your best bet to lose the love handles is to just keep trying to lower your fat percentage. For me doing interval training has been GREAT for losing fat for me.

Congratulations on your weight loss so far! I would say stay the course for now. If you are generally speaking happy with the way you look than it is working, as far as the specific area of love handles that you are trying to target make sure you are working your abs, more specifically your obliques when you exercise. As already mentioned side planks (planks are one of the best core toning exercises you can do, and there are numerous variations of the plank to diversify the intensity), mason twists with your feet elevated, the tried and true side crunches, etc. Play around with different ab routines until you find the ones that give you the best burn and stick with it until it is "easy", then change it up again to make it challenging once more. Muscle feeds off fat, so by building and toning your abs the resulting muscle will chip away at the love handles.

Diet pills, at this point you are well beyond getting any use from them.
