Hello this is my first time posting, and kind of scared to getting critiqued but I need help!
First off let me tell you my routine as of now for losing weight. My BMR is 1920. I work out 4 days a week. Lifting for 45 mins, cardio for 45 mins, then 10-15 mins in the sauna. I usually eat anywhere from 1500 calories or less. Also I pay attention to my sodium/sugar/sat fat intakes more than calories. I tend to treat myself once a week with pizza .
In June I weighed 210, and now I weigh about 175. I don't have much tummy fat left and like the way I look so I'm pretty happy where I'm at, but I don't like my hip fat (love handles)! How much more weight must I lose! I'm looking to see if maybe I should try diet pills to help, or a smaller calorie intake. Any advice will help!
