Looking for heart monitor with certain requirements

Hi. I'm looking for a heart monitor that shows:

Heart rate
Calories burned
Distance
MPH
# of steps taken


I don’t know if there is one that includes all of that. Garmin does make something. I would like to wear it on my wrist not my chest.

Pretty hard to find a pedometer one as well i think.

When I was competing we were given polar f50 monitors and I found them really good.

It is a watch on your wrist and a telemetry strap on your chest.
