Hey all...I'm a 22 year old male thats 6'2 265lbs with a bf of 26.5% I'm pretty active and have been eating quite well as of late. Caloric restrictions, restricting late meals and carbs after dinner. No junk food. I've recently gotten back into light weight lifting and cardio about five times a week. I would really like to decrease my bf and get down to about 205-220. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on what I'm doing or what I could try to increase my results. Also if I should be taking any supplements, vitamins, shakes or other to help with my weight loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

My advice (and what I do):
- don't restrict calories ... only the type of calories.
- make lunch your biggest meal (if possible)
- be aware that weight training will keep your weight up until your weight training plateaus ... keep it to 2-3/week
- 20-30 min max of cardio (excluding warm-up and cool down) ... but, do it at the cardio zone, not fat loss zone ... the rate of fat burning is a lot higher in the cardio zone, you just burn a lot more protein up there ... which shouldn't be a concern right now.
