I just joined a minute ago. I'm looking to expand my workout repertoire. I have a bad right knee, which is why I quit running.
I lift weights, mostly free weights and swim 50 laps (about .7 miles)a couple of times a week. I just started swimming intervals like I used to do when I was training for races as a runner.
I belong to LA Fitness, which I don't love, but they do have a pool.
I want to do more leg work but want to make sure I don't hurt myself.
Paying more attention to my core wouldnt hurt either
