hey.. this is the first time I've posted on anything like this but i've been dieting and exercising for about 6 months now. I'm 20 years old and started at 300 pounds 6'1" , i realized that i was wayyy over weight and needed to do something about it. I decided to change my diet and start exercising.. anyways back on track, i'm now down to about 242 pounds i try to eat really healthy.. every morning i eat about a cup dry cereal, and from lunch and dinner i usually have grilled chicken and salad with spinach, no dressing just greens and veggies.. i really don't take in too many calories every day, try to drink somewhere around a gallon of water a day. i work out 5-7 times a week i run 2-4 miles or try to do around 600-800 cals on the elliptical but either way i try to get a good work out in.. i haven't taken any weight loss supplements or anything like that, but i have been looking into starting to take one just for a little extra boost, i have looked into a lot of different things, but im not really sure what would be a good call... a few people have suggested alli, fenphedra, lipo 6, and hydroxycut hc... i lead a pretty active life and im about half way to my goal of 185 pounds and wouldn't mind trying something new... i'm just here looking for any advice from some people who have already been through all this before!
