Ive been dieting and training for about 3 months and have gone from 266 to 224 pounds. im looking to get to 196.
Im eating approx 1500-2000 calories a day. Abouy 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat. Im training 1 hour cardio a day h.i.i.t. 6 days a week and some weight training most days.
