Looking for advice on weight loss.

BACKGROUND INFO:
I am 5ft 8in
I currently weigh 155 lb
I do not exercise
I would guess I am around 25 percent body fat.

I used to weigh 213 lbs and I have lost a lot of weight on the atkins diet, however it seems I have hit a road block.
I still have a gut and breasts which I desperately would like to get rid of.

Personally, I hate working out. I've tried to do it, honestly I've given it a hell of a shot. I've gotten a gym membership and even followed routines, but routines don't always go as planned - machines at the gym become occupied quickly and I don't have time to stick around all day for them to free up.

With two jobs whilst still going to school it's almost impossible to stick to a timely meal plan. (Neither of my jobs allow for breaks) So even if I stick to my diet, I will often overeat in one meal.

I do not have enough money to join a plan like weight watchers and I certainly don't have enough money for cross-fit.

Please offer me advice

I am desperate. I'll be honest, I'm not doing this for my own health. I've been visually overweight my entire life and I just want to be able to talk to a girl without wondering if they think I'm overweight. I want confidence in life.

What can I do in my situation to drop another 10 or 15 percent body fat. I'm so frustrated and angry all the time, I just want to be at ease.

I will do anything I can to achieve a higher quality of life. Any help is most appreciated.

I really enjoy the structure of an exercise class. I've really gotten into Jazzercise lately, it seems to push me hard and all I gotta worry about is getting there, the rest of the motivation is taken care of. If you're interested in crossfit, I would search craigslist for trainers. My husband is a personal trainer who is crossfit certified and he's wayyyy cheaper than those crossfit gyms. Even before he was crossfit certified alot of his workouts were centered around thier way of doing things. It costs them like $2000 to be able to advertise the name crossfit, so you have to search for those guys doing it on thier own.

To be honest, you sound like you're doing really good, you might be beating yourself up too much. You've lost a ton of weight and are now in healthy range, I would focus on different goals, like getting stronger or being able to run a certain distance.
