decline/switch
I do this routine 3 times a week and do cardio of stairmaster for an hour and a 20 min jog/25 min on the elliptical 3 times a week with a yoga day. I am looking to get my cardio endurance up. I am going to transition into solely running as I am going to train for a marathon and was wondering if I should train legs or since my cardio is so important atm I could get away with not doing so.
I have a great grasp on nutrition but looking for advice of others who have marathon trained while looking to keep muscle in their upper body at least maintain possibly gain a little. Thanks for the time and take care.
