Looks like I am too late to join all the challenges but I would love a buddy for accountability, encouragement, and encouraging chats and stat sharing.

weight: 145
height: 5'3"
goal: 125

plan: low fat (mostly veggies, low fat protein, and fruits) recorded on an online calorie counter site

gym: 5 days a week
30 minutes cardio (uphill walking)
core work
stretching
deep breathing
weights: two body parts a session

today's food:

Brunch:
ww toast
egg white omelette

Snack:
tuna
oatmeal
celery sticks

Dinner:
steamed veggies
baked potato with seasoning


Snack:
fat free sugar free pudding
 
I don't think that you are too late to join the challenges...

People can join the month of Feb one at any time.

Someone just joined the big platinum/gold/victory challenge (I forget what it is called) a week or so ago. If you were thinking of that one - send a message to Korrie. You may still be lucky.
