I am fairly active and eat right most of the time, but lately I have been struggling with snacking throughout the day. When I am at work I am almost always snacking on something and even after dinner when watching TV. I have been looking for a supplement that would help me stick with my diet but I don't want anything loaded with caffeine and harmful ingredients.
I have tried Hydroxycut and Cellucor in the past and they worked well at the time, but I am looking for more long term results. Is anyone in my same shoes and can offer me some advice? Thank you!
