Weight-Loss looking for a review of what i eat daily...

i need to get my calorie intake up some more i know for sure ... but trying to do that without going to overboard on fats is where i am having an issue ...

and for most of the day i was full .. almost to the point of feeling stuffed ... just to eat what i did ...

this posting is an average of what i eat daily ... about the only thing that changes is some mornings i have eggs and bacon in place of cereal ... and evenings .. will be pork, chicken, beef or fish ... but most the rest stays the same ... with an occasional pack of beef jerky tossed in there ...

what are some other quick or easy snacks that are not loaded with fat? .. so far my search is turning up nil ...

or am i making a big deal of trying to watch some of the contents of it ... ? and just should focus on the total calories?

i feel great .. even after a workout today ... just full .. like i can't eat much more ...

As long as they're healthier fats, I wouldn't stress over it too much.

As far as snacks go, fruit (fresh or dried - dried is more convenient and more calorie-dense, since you're trying to add calories), fresh veggies, baked chips (potato or tortilla), nuts (I'm a fan of raw unsalted almonds), Larabars (essentially dried fruit and nuts), microwave popcorn, a hardboiled egg (whole or just the whites), string cheese...

about the only dried fruits i like are raisins and banana's ... will have to check them out ...

nuts i can eat all day long .. so may pick up a few more kinds to have around me ...

never thought about popcorn ... hmmm

may end up boiling up a few eggs to have on hand ... and i keep blocks of cheese in the fridge ... but still learning on the fats and such so wasn't sure if it was good or not ...

just read up on the 'good' kinds of fat .. looks like about half of what i consumed today 'for sure' came from good ones ... other half of it was 'unreported' so may have been good as well ..
