Looking for a new workout routine

Ok guys im new here i did some searching and really found nothing that helped me. Im looking for a good workout plan to start doing . Im looking to cut weight (about 30 or so pounds) and build about 10 or so pounds of muscle.

The problem is im limited to what I have to use. All I have is 80lbs of weights and a weight bench with bench press lat pull down and leg curl.

My other problem is I like 0 veggies. I cant stand them. I literally throw up if i eat them. I can eat green beans and peas but 99% of veggies and fruits make me sick. I know i gotta eat right to lose weight but is there a way to do so by eating primarily meats?

My workout as of right now is 20-30 push ups 30-50 sit ups and i do 35-40 bench press' with 80lbs then do 15-20 lat pull down with 45lb (all that will fit on there) and about 15-20 leg curls with 45lb.

Then im eating usually onyl two meals a day breakfast ill grab some cereal or eggs and dinner is usually a pasta with some variation of meat and a bread.

can anyone give me any suggestions?

and for the record im 5 7 185lbs

Okay here is the deal, you do not need a lot of equipment to get a serious workout in! I was one of the strength and conditioning coaches for the gators and now train in orlando using "high-intesity" training. If someone is trying to get lean I have the greatest programs for you that you can do "in home" using stuff around the house a long with what you already have. Its fun too. Let me know and I can put together anywhere from a days workout to a 6 week program for you that will FOR SURE help you lean up.
Yes, you should eat veggies and fruits but thank you for being honest and saying you wont. You just have to make sure that you are not eating a lot of starches ie. breads, cereal, potatoes, pastas, bagels, ect. Load up on your lean meats and healthy fats and incorporate high intensity training and I have never had someone not lean up!! let me know.

I think you should try harder to eat veggies. There are LOTS of veggies and thousands upon thousands of ways to prepare them. You can make it happen if you want to.

new workout routine

Hey Jon,
It sounds like you have done a lot with what you have. The 80 lbs of weight-do they include dumbells? With dumbells and a stability ball, there is a lot more you can do.
triceps-dips, kickbacks,
legs-squats, ham curls on squat ball,
biceps-curls
back-stability ball

What type of cardio do you do? Do you have a bike? Try jumping jacks or jump roping, or jump squats. For a diet, I would suggest eating smaller portions throughout the day. carbs before a workout, and protein afterwards. Congratulations on working towards a positive goal

Have a great day!

I like things like Squash BUT I like them breaded and fried lol. I also like boiled carrots and steamed carrots. My problem with most veggies and this is gonna be wierd it isnt the taste its the texture.

The weights are round Weights split up with two 25lb and two 15lb. I do have a bike I ride sometimes lol but i much prefer to run. Im honestly currently not running like I should. But im ready to push myself to that extreme.

You can get help with the best workout routine possible but if your diet is crap ... your results will be crap. Two meals a day with no veggies and fruit? You must be constipated all of the time. haha

I'd get used to the texture and hold your nose or something but you need the nutrients.

diet plan

Hey Jon,
I just reread your question. At first I was just looking at your workout routine but then I realized that you put you only eat 2 meals a day. The only way for the metabolim to work effectively is to eat 4-6 small portions of food each day. You are either not consuming enough calories or the right calories right now. Have you tried mixing veggies in with other food? Maybe making them more tasty? Or do you like fruit? Fruit is very good for the digestive track as well. I would rethink the diet plan. I think it will come with the workout.
