looking for a good running bra

hi!
i'm new here.
i run and do many other high intensity aerobics, my problem is that i my breasts are bigger than evarage and i need a good bra to support.
i've been using the enell sports bra until now but i dont find it very comfortable.
can anyone recommand something better?
thank you!
:)

I have been using the Champion Action Sport Bra for my workouts. I don't know that it is the best, but I suppose it holds better than my others. You can get it from the website I think. They have others listed there - but this one was recommended to me by a friend as the one she liked the most.

Good luck, and if you find one, let the rest of us know :)

when i did aerobics I wore a leotard and since i'm flat chestest, it was enough for me. it might be something for you to consider along with a sports bra, if you need that extra support.

the sports bras i did use were from jc penney i think. or one hanes place.

OK, it seems that i found something.
the comfort moving bras Fiona and Maia are seposed to be good for our kind of people..:)
i saw it on their site: and planning on buying one.
if anyone is allready using and can say what they think it would be great.

have fun!

Girls- If you're needing something less expensive, I wore a when I was a 34D and 34DD. It worked well for me. Since losing weight, I'm a 34C, so I don't know if I'll get the same style or try something else.

Guys- What's the deal with your obsession with breasts? Gain some weight and you can have a pair of your very own! LOL!

lol rip

I think some pics should be provided on ladies who have the bra they are recommending before the other ladies go out and buy the bra. You know, just 2 make sure. :D

haha...I was laughing towards the end of this thread :) But I wanted to pipe in as well. I've been looking for a better rbra for a few weeks now. I'm a really odd size - small rib cage but larger cup size...so there aren't any that are customized for my size. Do you think if you're a 32 you can pull off a 34 and get enough support?
