Looking for a fitness boost? I want to increase my fitness

Hello
I am working with multinational company so i have don't have time for Gym and other health programs
Really i want to maintain my health can anyone suggest me what i need to do ??

Go out walking at lunchtime and maybe incorporate a little walking into your trip to / from work... maybe park further away of if on public transport get on or off at a different stop... I am a big fan of wearing a pedometer for every step of the day and allowing it to challenge you to do some more steps...

I once worked somewhere where there were spacious ladies toilets... A group of us kept a skipping rope in one of the office drawers... Whenever we went to the toilet we took the skipping rope with us and did something silly like 20 skips while we there there... LOL I can't remember the number as it was over 30 years ago... Anyway the bottom line is that it was noticeably effective and didnt really seem like any bother at all...

I also doing job as a housewife so i have not time for gym, and other health activites.

Hi Emily, I do a lot of work at my computer so I have a rebounder (mini-trampolene) nearby and I take jump breaks. LOL. It helps to get the lymphatic system going and is great for weight loss and general health. I also walk around and do lunges, etc. when I am on the phone - unless I need to take notes, of course.
