Looking for a Buddy!

Would anyone want to buddy up with me to hold each other accountable each day? I'm looking for someone who would want to share their diets and exercises at the end of each day. If you wanted to, we could share pictures of meals. Open to suggestions! I think I'd do a better job of staying on track if there was someone else I was accountable to. Motivation, suggestions, encouragement, recipes, workouts, all would be welcome!

Hello! Do you have Kik? This would be a very good idea as it would surely keep both of us motivated. However, I do not have time (i do, but don't between classes and work) so it would just be food from me to you and no exercise. Just let me know :)
 
Hi Brooke! I don't have Kik, but I could try it out. I was thinking we could give it a try for a month, which will hopefully be long enough to get us back on track. After that, we can decide if we want to keep going. And if at any point in time before then, you want to stop for whatever reason, that's completely ok! I'm just taking a very open-minded approach to it because I think having a buddy would really help keep up the motivation. The food is the most difficult part for me, so sharing just that would be a good place to start :)

That sounds perfect! Sorry I did not respond faster, I logged out for a few days and kind of forgot about the fact that I was waiting for a response on this thread. Let me know what your kik is and we can start whenever you'd like :)
 
Im interested in having a buddy. I believe I would to hold myself accountable if I had a buddy. I would love to share meals, but the only thing is I exercise during the morning between 6am-7:30pm(not the whole time). I usually do exercise off Youtube such as Fitness Blender, Jillian Michaels, and Taebo. My eating habits consist of oatmeal,smoothies, grapes, apples, turkey ground, chicken breast, wheat pasta, and different types of veggies. My weakness is peanut butter. I definitely have a hard time saying no to it. I try to drink a gallon of water a day but sometimes I fall short on drinking the whole gallon. If you are interested let me know.:)
 
Hi Nicole!! Girl you sound like you'd fit right in (and might even be able to provide some diet tips)!! Brooke and I just started the buddy system on Kik today! You want to join in and we can make a buddy-group? We can definitely follow each other here on the forum too.
