Please tell me if I'm not allowed to post a challenge :)

Buuuut... I always find that, a month before the nice warm weather comes around THAT is when People start thinking, "hmmm, I'd like to look good this summer" . Well People, most of us probably know THAT DOESNT WORK ! lol.. We all need more then a month to drop those pounds right?

So how about.. 5 months? lol.. Sounds reasonable huh?

i like weighing in on wedsdays .. (I feel its a more nuetral day.. lol. i am kinda weird)

So lets start shall we?

This sounds like a good motivator... I should hang a bikini up somewhere in my apartment! They make me cringe. Personally I want to lose weight before my graduation at the beginning of May... I know there will be a million pictures taken so I have to look good!!! I have been doing a detox for the past two weeks and have lost 6 pounds so far.

Not much at all, but Ive been having a terrible go of it lately.
 
You're not the only one, I'm lucky if I get - 1 lb in a week! I range between losing 0 to 1 lb... AH! I try so hard too! Ah well, must keep going!
 
Yay, would love to join too if I'm not too late. Unfortunately being an Aussie I'll be effectively getting in shape for winter not summer, but being able to fit into my size 10 skinny jeans is almost as much as a motivator as looking hot in a bikini I guess :)

April 05 2010..I forgot to update this last friday I wasn't happy with the result but I did go heavy on the sodium so my fault hopefully better next week!
April 09 2010 This is What I call weight loss!!!! Finally good results I wonder what I would have lost had I actually worked out more!

Just half a kilo - 1.1 lbs - in the last 7 days, but I'll take it! :D I'm expecting my losses to slow a little at present, having had a really good initial loss, so I'm still happy.

hmmmm...

So, I was on vacation last week and didn't manage to lose any weight with all that restaurant food and lying about haha. On the bright side, at least I didn't gain any... right? I'll try harder!!!

Have joined lots of challenges and never finished them,

But

weighed in this morning and am over 200lbs for first time in my life, not a good feeling, my weigh in day is Mondays, am going on a girly beach holiday in mid July so that my motivation right there!
