so i just got back from the "healthfood store," since they're the only place in town that seems to sell plain "whey powder." i asked for a copy of the nutritional info while i paid, and they gave me a photocopy. look at this crap, i want my $3.25 back
per 28g
cal:---100.52

pro:---3.6g
now, i went across the street to the BulkBarn and found 1.5lbs unflavored pure whey isolate for $29. that's pretty cheap for this area..i haven't seen anything at GNC for this cheap, here's the info, also for 28g
cal:---110
fat:---0.9g
car:---1g
pro:---24g
so is that crap they're selling at the healthfood store pure whey, (like totally unrefined?) or is it blended to hell with something else to give it such poor nutritional content?
