For those who have been on the diet for a couple of months at least, have you found that it has became easier as the weeks past?

When I started 15 weeks ago I was 123KG as of today 95.8KG, thats -25% of my body weight.

These days I dont seem to have the same hunger I had when I weighed 115KG or 105KG, it seems easier and easier and I feel more comfortable with the foods and amounts. I just finished lunch and I feel that it was enough, 10 weeks ago it didnt feel enough.

Do anyone else experienced the same growing acceptance of the program and adjustment?

Is it because I am just a smaller person so my body needs less food? Or because my bodies metabolism has adjusted to the diet? Or it just a mental thing? (or all of the above?)

For me, its been 4 months, and I think its easier once you are in a routine. So, I know what to cook and how to cook it, what food I need to buy etc.
I've never really felt hungry, unless I've had a major deviation.
But still, I don't think the psychology of losing weight gets too much easier! Still all the triggers etc. But its certainly good motivation to be losing so fast.

After being on the programme for 10 weeks it does seem easier. I was only hungry on day 3 and not since. I think I am confident that my body is getting sufficient fuel and have only had the occaisional thought of deviating, but so far have resisted.
We have a big weekend early December with 2 Christmas parties and was planning on deviating, but the closer it gets the more reluctant I am and have already started planning what I'll need to take to Sydney to keep me on the straight and narrow.
Bought the boys Maccas on Saturday in the drive thru and felt sick from the small of it, all I could smell was oil. Amazing, normally I would tuck in too, didn't even consider it. :D
I want too reach re feed ASAP so this too keeps me on track.

Hi dreamer

If you are craving curry why don't you have a look at the web site

and get some curry recipes off there. The one I really enjoy (which doesn't say curry) is Mince Chow Mein.

All the best.

Hello dreamer

It's really hard hey, I struggle with wanting non cohens food daily, I don't think it will ever go away, we have been eating that kind of food for so long and it does taste yummy , today i feel like spaghetti on toast on know that sounds yuk but, i used to love having that for breaky. yummo.

My hubby and friends ate hungry jacks in front of me yesterday gees it was smelling pretty tasty but i didn't have any. they were all trying to tell me that it tasted horrible but I aint silly hopefully we'll be all on refeed soon and then after that we can enjoy an occasional take away of what ever it is you love to eat.

It's my friends birthday and everyone is going out for dinner so i said we'd go but I will not be eating, how exciting for me, at least I have a baby I can feed while there all stuffing in the calories.

Good luck and we can do it.
