I've written a post which details a run of what's most likely going to be of about 140-150 miles to be done over about a week or so at

here i've asked about nutrition and training, but i thought i'd post here to make sure i get the best advice out of you nutrition buffs too .
Basicaly I need to know what to eat while training for this sort of event, and also how and when to eat while im doing it.
Any help/input would be highly appreciated!
