lol @ anti-smoking chumps

"The more exposure middle school students have to anti-smoking ads, the more likely they are to smoke, according to a new University of Georgia study."

I am really tired of seeing this chump on my tv. Maybe now he will stfu. am i rite!

Wow, talk about a plan backfiring.

The "problem" with the commercial is that it doesn't do anything to build up the awareness on why smoking is bad. It only explains statistical relationship with smoking (for example smoking causes lung cancer, or X amount of people will die from Y this year)... never the actual problem with individuals and smoking. Heck, I could explain a million reason on why fast food is bad for the population by bringing up childhood obesity, heart problems, etc. But all that isn't going to convince you, since you yourself may never experience any of those problems... same thing with these smoking commercial ads.

I also hate those commercials. They're pointless, and flat annoying. Basically, if someone chooses to smoke, thats their own damn fault.

Its up to the parents to give the message to their kids, not a bunch of crazy people on the tv. If anything, seeing it on tv all the time is going to make them want to try it.

These PSAs stink because everyone knows that smoking is not good for the health. These "Truth" chumps can't leave that alone, so now they have to go after the tobacco companies as if they do anything beyond what other corporations do. Have they read about the actions of Whole Foods' CEO aka Rahodeb? Oh my.
