Can I assume that a clinic visit is necessary because of the bloodwork ?
How often do you have to go to the clinic after the first visit ?
My problem is simply that I am living in Gibraltar and the closest - by flight - location would be the UK ...
just wondering if I can ever get onto that program at all since it sounds sooo interesting ..
You dont need to visit a clinic, you can do the internet program, you just need to have blood tests done at a local doctor or pathogists and then send them to a Cohen clinic
I have to say that I have mixed feelings about the internet program
http://1stpersonaldiet.com/, it does however provide you with your personal diet plan, a guide book, simple sample meals/recipes (which I have never used) and a very basic email support. Price is : US$226 for 12 weeks then $179 for each addition 12 weeks of questionable "support". Others have been more satisfied with the internet support than I have.
Australian clinics eg Perth are experienced in providing remote support (for people 1000km away in remote locations) so their price is AUD$680 for upto 1 year of support and from what I have read provide more professional support. The contact name in Perth I have is Rosemary Burd

Beware the program is not easy it is a test of your commitment and planning over a period of time, I have lost consistently 1.5KG per week. For a "taste" of what it would be like you can try
preparing for cohens Note that Cohen's is a low fat, low carb, moderate (not high) protein diet plan, it is as I like to say a "big stick" for a "big fat problem".
