Loading Creatine

Should I load creatine or just take it the way it says on the package? It says take one serving a day after you work out. Should I just do that or what?
 
No loading is necessary.
 
Alright. I have one more question. Should I use the serving thing that comes with it or should I use something else?
 
Just stick to 5g a day. No sense in loading..
